RETURNS & EXCHANGE

A return/exchange will be possible under one or more of the following conditions:

  • IF the colour* of the item delivered is not the same as the colour* ordered
  • IF the size of the item delivered is not the same as the size ordered
  • IF the item is torn/damaged at the time the customer received and checked the item

AND if all the following conditions are met:

  1. IF the item's original packaging and tag are intact;
  2. IF item has not been tried on/used or washed before;
  3. IF exchange request is received within 7 days from day of receipt of item;
  4. IF the exchanged item is of the same design/type, colour and size as original order

Note
* Colours and shades may differ slightly due to individual monitor settings hence we are unable to accept such requests unless there is a stark contrast.

* Based on our experience, real colours are generally duller/darker than shown on monitor screens.

 
EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

Please provide the following information for us to review your exchange request:

  • Send CLEAR pictures AND give a SHORT DESCRIPTION of the issue(s) you would like to highlight
  • Provide these details under the correct Order ID

Store credit ** will be given should the item you wish to exchange for is no longer available.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS (FOR SOLD OUT ITEMS)

Full or partial refund(s) will be made for your order if your desired item(s) has sold out.
Refund(s) will be made according to how the payment was originally made.

Full or partial refunds can also be made for PayPal and Debit/Credit Card payments.
Note: PayPal transaction fixed fee of $0.50 cannot be refunded. Please see PayPal FAQ.

A replacement will be allowed if the original ordered item(s) is no longer available for sale (top-up required for replacement items of higher value).

** Only item price/value will be credited. Shipping / Postage charges (both inbound and outbound) are non-refundable.
